Venue
The conference will take place in the SuperC. This is the service building of the RWTH Aachen which is placed right next to the main building. It is a very new building. The working started on 29th of May in the year 2006 and the rector of the RWTH Aachen Dr. Burkhard Rauhut opened it on 28th of July in the year 2008 in the presence of about 200 guests including the mayor of Aachen.
SuperC got its name by its appearence. It looks like a very big C. The whole building takes 750 m2 of place and is seven floors high. Its front out of glass should signalise openness to the city. A highlight feature of the new building is to heat with geothermal.
